Hey tumblrs! Jenna. 22 years old. Gay. Single. I'm a college student studying nursing and working at a domestic violence shelter in Illinois. I love: skydiving, sports, working out, swimming (and anything in the water), adventures, and smart, athletic women. Currently in the process of slimming down for good. My blog: a hodgepodge of gay things, workout things, pretty girls, and things that I find funny or annoying. Take it or leave it. I'm ALWAYS here for any followers that need to talk about anything (anon or not) I love meeting people and hearing their stories. What's yours?
DISCLAIMER: I do not have any credentials for nutrition, lifting, working out, etc. If you ask my advice, know that I am giving you an answer based on a few college nutrition courses, my own personal experience, what I have read, what I have been told by my nutritionist/doctor, etc. I AM NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL ADVICE.

I met up with 4 shelter coworkers for a girl’s night at this little gastropub in the next town over. I had a grilled chicken/veggie wrap and it was delicious! I didn’t get the battered fish or the chicken sandwich with tons of bread and BBQ sauce so I was happy I made a better choice. We went to a nearby chocolate place and I got a tiny cup of gelato for dessert. It was probably 3 oz at most and lemon flavored/low sugar so NO FUCKS GIVEN. I just had a fun time out with my friends. Every time I hang out with them I realize I need to have more fun. I think I like them because they’re more mature (they’re 21, 27, 33, and 45 yrs old lol) and we have actual conversations about our lives not just drunkenly giggle at one another like at the average party. I just missed them a lot so it’s good to get to spend time out of the office to just talk. Especially now that Amanda doesn’t work there anymore. It’s unfortunate I forgot the other half of my wrap that I boxed up for later. Oh well. I had a really lovely night out.
