officially cutting way down. No more diet coke with endless refills at restaurants (not that i ever eat out) and no more two per day addiction. It’s so friggin bad for you and can give you a bigger/bloatier stomach. Two 12-oz per week max (for me, that’s way cutting down). wish me luck?
