excellent workout = feeling awesome!!
So i felt like complete shit today (crampy and exhausted from lack of sleep) and was worried it would mean a sucky workout. not the case! i ended up doing a warm-up mile @ 4.2 mph (7 incline) and then jog/running 7.92 miles @ 6.4-9.0 mph (0 incline) and then a cooldown. i probably could have gone farther but my treadmill put me into cooldown and i just didn’t feel like starting it over to...
